Shipping policy

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa and free delivery may apply to all orders over the amount of R1 000. Our delivery times will take 2-5 working business days with weekends and public holidays not included. The delivery estimations may differ from town to town.

Orders placed firstly needs to reflect in our banking account before we can prepare the order even if proof of payment has been issued to us in writing. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Once the order has been prepared, we will send the confirmation email with shipment tracking link for your delivery.

We work with trusted local courier, The Courier Guy to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you need your parcel to be delivered at the weekend or public holiday, please let us know in writing so then we can arrange for that. Once your order is out for delivery, you’ll receive a notification with a more precise delivery window.

We strive to meet the delivery estimates provided, there are occasional circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, courier delays, protest action, or strikes) that may affect delivery times. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

Only physical addresses within South Africa will be accepted. We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses. We unfortunately do not ship to any other countries other than South Africa. We advise you to collect or arrange your own courier to pickup your parcel by our Pickup Point. For deliveries on outlying or rural areas, please allow for additional delivery time as these regions might not have daily courier services.

We charge a standard fee of R150 - R250 on our shipment orders. Collect in Store is currently not available. Delivery orders are processed from 08:00am to 17:00, Monday to Fridays, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.
